Meg is a writer, actor and multi-award winning comedian and filmmaker, whose writing credits include THE RIG S1 and S2 (Amazon), GANGS OF LONDON S2 (Sky/AMC) and THE CLEANER with Greg Davies for BBC1.

 

She is currently developing a drama for Amazon with Quay Street; a comedy for BBC with Ruth Madeley and Studio Hamburg; a book adaptation for Left Bank Pictures and two new original series with Lookout Point and Greenacre Films. Her recent BAFTA qualifying short film F**KED is now in development with Wild Mercury.

 

Meg trained at LAMDA, graduating with a role in Brian Percival's BBC One drama A SONG FOR JENNY opposite Emily Watson. Other credits include THE RIG S2 (Amazon), F**KED (Channel4), CALL THE MIDWIFE (BBC), THE HEAD HUNTER (Amazon Prime), BBC QUICKIES (BBC), THE SAM WANAMAKER FESTIVAL(Shakespeare’s Globe) and OEDIPUS (The Almeida).

Meg is also part of the multi-award winning international sketch trio, MURIEL, whose self-made and self-produced sketches have amassed over 100 million views online. Their critically acclaimed show BAD MASTER enjoyed a sold out run at the Edinburgh Fringe and two sold out runs at the Soho Theatre. Muriel have been hailed as the ‘New Smack the Pony’ (Chortle & Evening Standard).

Recently, Meg was selected for the inaugural BBC Writer's Spotlight, as part of the next generation of British Showrunners. She is also a member of BAFTA Connect.
